Heat Pump Design

Description: Heat pumps use electricity to move heat from one place to another instead of generating heat directly. To move the heat, a heat pump works like a refrigerator in reverse. The discussion will explain:

  • The use of heat pumps;
  • What they do and how they work;
  • Understanding when to apply them; and
  • The do’s and don’ts of installation.

Attendees will come away with practical and field-ready tips from one of the region’s experts on the topic.
Time: 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Speaker: Gerald Morrissey, HVAC Sales, Source Atlantic
Admission: $15 (incl. tax) for registrations up to and including September 18.  $25 (incl. tax) for registrations after September 18.
