May 23, 2017 – Building on the success of 2014 and 2016, the third edition of the Canadian Hydronics Conference, will take place October 16 and 17 in Edmonton.

“We are thrilled to be presenting the Canadian Hydronics Conference in conjunction with the Edmonton edition of the CIPHEX Roadshow”, added Canadian Hydronics Council Chairman Dave Hughes (NAIT). “Inspired by the Foothills Conference of several years ago, this conference will provide hydronics professionals with outstanding technical and sales training. By holding the conference in conjunction with the CIPHEX Roadshow, attendees can also visit the exhibits, see the newest hydronic products and systems on the market and speak to the experts behind them.”

“The CIPHEX Roadshow is an important series of events as it connects exhibitors with regional buyers and decision-makers in plumbing, hydronics, HVACR and water treatment,” stated Bill Palamar (Weil-McLain), Chairman of the Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating (CIPH). “This year, the CIPHEX Roadshow will take place in St. John’s (Newfoundland – September 21), Edmonton (Alberta – October 17) and Regina (Saskatchewan – October 19).

The speaker line-up for the Canadian Hydronics Conference will bring leading hydronics experts from across North America to Edmonton for two days.

  • Robert Bean, Indoor Climate Consultants Inc.
  • Paul Chang, Government of Alberta
  • Greg Cunniff, Taco Inc.
  • Mark Etherton, Intelligent Radiant Solutions
  • Ellen Rohr, Show Me Radiant Heat and Solar, Inc. – Ellen will also be the featured speaker at the CIPH Edmonton Region Industry Dinner on October 16.
  • Bob “Hot Rod” Rohr, Caleffi North America Inc.

The CIPHEX Roadshow connects buyers and sellers in markets that do not have major trade shows.  Each show is an opportunity to engage locally, building the relationships our exhibitors need to thrive in the marketplace. For contractors, wholesalers, engineers and other industry members, it's the chance to meet face-to-face with manufacturers and learn about new products and technologies.
